Reading more on this.... Garth is shameless. This is clearly a case of a hard luck woman.

Clearly not all of them are telling the truth but this kind of response is why so many women are hesitant to speak up. I think the default should be to believe them as the investigation is ongoing. That way the true victims feel safe to come forward. In the end the truth will (should?) come out.

The default should be innocent until proven guilty.

I never said anything different.

You literally said the default should be to believe the accuser. Therefore the assumption is that the accused is guilty.

I already clarified what I meant by that. It's not that she's is right and he is automatically guilty. Just that she should believed enough to take the accusations seriously.
