Anyone watch this show? Season one is on prime for a couple more days and I just found it. Apparently it's from MGM+ which I didn't even know was a thing.

It's about people in a town that they can't leave and at night, people that are really monsters come out and will kill anyone they find. Sounds kind of cheesy but it's actually pretty good.

Main character is the black guy from Lost and he is really good in it. It's a pretty creepy thriller horror mystery and is much better than I expected.

Season 3 is about to drop in believe and I will probably step out of my comfort zone and actually pay extra to Amazon and buy season 2.

Definitely recommend.

Only watched season 1 and those monsters were creepy as F. I'll look for the other seasons!

I caught season 1 when I got a free weekend of MGM. It is an excellent series!! I thought the whole thing was well done….especially the rules of the town and how they let the new family go through all the trials and tribulations so they will finally come to their own realization of what is happening. Thumbs up!!

I need to watch season 2 but never had another free weekend of MGM.

Finished season one. Really looking forward to season 2 and 3. Lots of mystery in this one.

Recently finished S1 as well. We are liking it. Very good horror series.

Feels like a horror take on LOST except without the cast being on a literal island.

I think I%92ll wait for S3 to finish before doing an MGM trial and binging S2 and S3 together

Definite lost vibes, especially since I'm watching that concurrently.

S2 isn't quite as good as the 1st season, but is still worth a watch. It suffers from the "if only these characters actually talked to one another" problem many mystery type series seem to have. Pretty decent cliffhanger ending though.

Looking forward to S3 in a few weeks

We saw the first 2 seasons and anxiously waiting for season 3. Love that it's being release during Halloween!

Interesting. When I downloaded it a while back it was warning me it was leaving prime In 4 days.maybe they renewed.

Started last week after seeing this thread and now on season 2 episode 2.

I am not normally much of a horror/creepy show fan but I am all in on this one. Got my wife watching this weekend and now she is trying to catch up.

7 day free trial for season 3 but unfortunately the episodes drop weekly and not all at once. We watched seasons one and two for free on Prime.

Solid 2nd episode. Love that the story is moving forward fairly quickly this season. I can see the season ending with the viewers finding out what this place actually is and then ending the show with season 4 on how they escape.

I thought episode 2 was pretty heartbreaking.

Another good episode with a good cliffhanger. And based on the teaser trailer Episode 4 is gonna be pretty nuts. Can't wait

Generally, I love this show. The problem is that it's bonkers during the night time hours, but pretty dull during they daylight hours. I understand that you can't have the monsters out all the time and you have to develop the characters and the plot, but two daylight episodes in a row was pretty slow. Since it was teased that they were going to try to catch one of those monsters in the last episode, an episode about a pregnant women eating rotten vegetables was disappointing.

The ambulance rolling up on the downed tree was good, though. Next week does look like it will be intense.

Season 3...start giving some answers!!!. This is my last season, unless the audience is given more insight into what TF is going on. So far, only one character has made it out, and just when she was about to figure something out...poof...shes right back in.

IF she doesn't tell everyone about the magic tree /lighthouse portal immediately...Im done with this show. Seen dozens of great season 1 shows...but the writers clearly had no idea how to conclude it or an incomplete story.

My wife and I just finished season 2. I will do my best to avoid spoilers (including reading the last few posts in this thread... just to be safe) but so far, we are loving this show. Thanks for the recommendation.

Season 2 spoilery thoughts:

All I have to do to scare my wife is hold out my arm and go REEEEE like that freaky ***** that tried to drown Elgin in his sleep.

They definitely need to get everyone in the same room, once a day, to talk through things - but I also get why that's impractical. For starters you'd have about 12 very opinionated people talking over each other every day. You'd also have to rely on complete honesty and transparency in a very paranoid environment, like "by the way I lied to you all about Sarah, there are worms in my blood and now I'm hearing voices like she did. I'm not crazy."

Kind of wondering how Sarah got the worms in her blood, or if that was something different. Seems like it was the same thing since it spelled out KILL THE BOY in season 1 but that may have been before they wrote the worms aspect into the story.

Hopefully we are done with worms, ballerinas and cicadas. Bleh!

I'll be back in a week when we finish S3!

Wow. I thought season 3 was only 8 episodes but thankfully it's still airing live. So now I'm caught up.
