MSSP is great because they spend a lot of time mocking women like Shannon. To the extent that I can actually hear Shane reading this in his offended liberal white woman voice.
Thought it was hilarious. I would also describe it as a more crude version of the office set in a tire shop.
I'm not a huge fan of Shane's standup (I know a lot of people love his standup), but loved him in the show. And I agree it will get even better when the seasons get longer and allow for more character development and plot lines.
I couldn't get past the first 2 episodes. I like Gillis' standup. However all the show did was make me appreciate how top tier the writers for shows like The Office and Parks and Rec are. The writing in this just seems so amateurish and corny.
