Hunter defiitely is an all-time dumb dumb after the last 20-30 minutes of the episode. It really is the devil's advocate on playing the idol vs. trying to save it. Any person left that isn't in a alliance needs to start singing "Final 3" to Q and Venus, the 2 most un-votable characters alive.

Probst announced yesterday that season 50 (Spring 2026) will be an all-returning players spectacular.

Kinda takes my hype out of 47-49 tbh. I mean, these seasons and casts have all been pretty good but I'm ready for a good theme or something.

He annoucned it spur of the moment at a live event. Not sure why that would diminish the other upcoming seasons?

For a while there they were leaning too heavily on returning players. But lately they've swung just a bit too far the other way. This season has been pretty good though.

Just because it implies/confirms that 47-49 won't have returning players.

Maria is playing a very good game. She engineered the blindside, and seems to be a step or two ahead of everyone else.

Can't stand Venus and her cocky attitude. I hope she goes out soon.

Q will never win the whole thing, but he's growing on me. He's a likable guy. Love it that he came out on top tonight.

For me, this was the most entertaining episode of the season.

That was quite the commercial for Applebees and we had to laugh because they said, "AppleBees Chef." Everything is pre-made frozen.

Maria and Charlie's relationship remind me of Malcolm and Denise.
LIz actually made the smart choice there, and can also claim the blindside, even if Maria was the one that suggested it.

If I'm Maria and Charlie, I target Sam as everyone loves him. Try to keep Venus, Liz and Q as long as possible.

Great game play getting rid of 2 idols without being played. They don't know it, but there should be 2 idols out there.

Not sure who Sam is, did you mean Ben? He definitely has a likability factor but I really can't see him (at this point) convincing the jury he deserves to win but I guess it would come down to who he is sitting next to.

I'm really hoping two idols are found next week and get played at some point.

All I could think about last night.




Still find most of this season incredibly unlikeable. Maria made a heck of a move and it was a great idea to leave Kenzie out because she was talking about wanting to blindside Tiff for awhile now. Venus is incredibly annoying and thinks she's some genius engineering moves when she's actually just along for the ride.

I will say the watching Tiff's smile change to fear when she realized what was happening it funny

Maria is really good. So is Charlie. Unless the rest wise up, those two are going to wind up going to the final 4 with Q and Venus.

Ben, Tats, & Venus need to make a move on Maria or Charlie ASAP.

Q Survives again. Since when is it an obligation to take someone on a reward when they tried to vote you off at the previous Tribal Council? Good on you, Q. Perhaps he could have garnered a little good will w/ the rest of the tribe by taking Liz, but I think he was focused on getting the band back together. By the way, who goes on Survivor if your allergic to coconuts and fruit.... and when did it become the tribe's problem? the melt down was epic though.

Every other season, they've gotten rice. They chose not to get rice last time.

And they really really threw her a bone when they gave her the individual rice.

If Liz really has all of those allergies, I'm not sure that they should have casts her. Giving her that jar of rice was a real pity move by Jeff. As for Q not picking her, I think that's totally fine. Her whole outburst was very embarrassing and don't think it would have won her an invite from me, either.

Charlie and Maria continue to play the best game. I wonder if the move that she just pulled getting Tiff out will end up putting a big target on her back. Might have made that move too early IMO.

I saw this on twitter so I can't take credit for it, but if Liz wanted to make a huge move, she should have told Tiff to play her idol after the votes were cast. That could have gotten rid of the idol, given Liz a dramatic move, and she would have sent Q home.

She just isn't that smart. Not surprised since she eats at Applebee's every Wednesday

Of course, they could vote Liz off and then she can eat Applebee's anytime she wants to.

We think she was playing to TV for a year supply of Applebee gift cards and dinners that they will hand her at the reunion/finale.

I love that Maria pulled that move off without Kenzie. Kenzie wanted that move for her resume and Maria really knocked Kenzie down as a potential winner by denying her that move. I don't see Kenzie being able to put a move on her resume with remaining contestants, he can help but I don't see how she gets the "credit" at final tribal.

My power rankings right now:

Maria has strong relationships and good moves
Charlie has strong relationships and 2 immunities
Kenzie has strong relationships and an immunity (I think?)
Ben has strong relationships
Liz helped on some good moves
Q/Venus are the 2 everyone should want to sit next to because social games are so bad.

Don't see tribal lines meaning anything in naming winner but right now jury is 3 yellow/1 purple.

Every single person there should be pitching to Q and Venus that they are the final 3. If I were Maria, I think I would blindside Charlie asap. His revelation about grip strength is going to make him hard to beat with the cast that is left. If I'm the misfits who are left, whoever doesn't win II between Charlie and Maria has to get taken out.

Probst had a podcast called On Fire you guys might like. It's only about 35 minutes but I've learned a ton from it. It releases the day after each episode.

Call me crazy but I see a scenario where Venus could win. Maria and Charlie are a clear 1A and 1B, and Kenzie presumably is next, but Venus could convince the jury (a la Gabler or Maryanne) that she played a better game than Kenzie (or Q or Liz). Even if she wasn't the only one making moves (the Tevin and Hunter votes), she still made them, and she's been thinking strategically and making the moves she can in spite of nobody wanting to work with her from day 1 besides the guy who was medically evac'd. Kenzie needs to survive, take out Charlie and Maria (actively, not just be a participant), and have some agency and a stronger final tribal than Venus to beat her head to head. Chickening out of the Tiff blindside could cost her.

Q could make a decent case but the "you begged everyone to vote you out" tribal probably screws him. He tried to quit - there's no spin that can take that back. That wasn't strategy, that was panic.

The speech Jeff gave in the opening scene on landing beach is very interesting. Jeff said one of you can't win, you just have a personality that no one will vote for, which speaks directly to a Venus. It seemed odd to me at the time, just a comment out of left field that normally hits the cutting room floor.

Was that put in the final edit because Venus wins and Jeff has to recant his opening soliloquy?

The only path I see for Venus is to sit next to Liz and Q but that is a very small needle to thread. Seems if Maria, Charlie, Kenzie or Ben make it to the end they will demolish Venus, Q, or Liz.

Ben hasn't done a single thing the entire game. He's clearly at the bottom currently.

A Liz, Venus, Q final would be fantastic from an opening statement and question point of view Struggling to award any of them $1 million would probably have Venus win.

I wonder what it's like to be a player who gets this far and you are barely on the show. Ben (or Sam) was featured a lot early, but last night he was down to a couple of Van Halen quotes with Jeff and that was about it.

I wonder how many times each of them breaks the NDA they sign after they get home?

Anyone else catch Liz admit that her ex has primary custody of their daughter and she only gets custody one day per week?

I'm curious what kinda of bat sheet craziness she did in real life for the father to get primary custody.

I agree that Venus isn't in a terrible spot. She's probably in 3rd or 4th right now. She's been on the right side of basically every vote and can take credit for some of the vote outs. I think she would absolutely beat Liz, Ben, and Q.

I've been listening to the On Fire Podcast the last three seasons and it really is good.

If Kenzie could bury the hatchet w/ Q and rally the other misfits (Venus and Liz) .... she could probably win it.

Tiffany's exit interview reveals both Kinsey and Maria tried to give up their spot in the reward challenge so LIz could have Applebee's and Q refused to let it happen.
