I first wanted to say Snow, but it's a double album that's kind of their Lamb Lies Down on Broadway. It's amazing, but it's a long journey. I'd say go with Beware of Darkness, The Kindness of Strangers, or V first. The first few albums aren't on all the streamers, though. One that does have them is Apple Music.
They've had some lineup changes, mainly at lead vocals, so they have different "eras." All good, just different.
