Just so good. Beautiful animation, great voice work, amazing messaging with an original take on the origins of Santa. Couldn't have been more surprised with how good it was and how much it got me in the feels. Definitely going in the Christmas rotation moving forward

Animated grinch with cumberbatch takes the cake on the 3 versions.

Trading Places!

My key takeaway from this thread is that I need to inject Trading Places into our adult rotation. Typically Planes, Trains and Automobiles kicks off our holiday movies and then there are only a couple other adult only ones like Christmas Vacation. I like Die Hard, but it hasn't grown on me as a Christmas movie.

This year we all started our own rankings, which has been fun. My top 5 has rounded out with:
Christmas Vacation
Home Alone 1
A Christmas Story
It's a Wonderful Life
Home Alone 2

Klaus almost cracked the top 5 but is definitely my top animated movie. We also really like the newish animated Grinch, while others I know don't like that as much.

I need to fit in Trading Places thanks for the reminder!

We watched Just Friends yesterday morning and laughed through the whole thing. Such a good Christmas flick!

Watched Elf of course!

Watched Arthur Christmas few days ago because of this thread, and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to watching again next year.

Also watched Klaus for first time although the kids have seen it many. Great story and animation.

Finally, watched Jingle All the Way for first time and it was terrible.
