I love them.


Wish they and Gin Blossoms had been bigger successes.

I kinda miss that early 90's non grunge vibe at times.


Pearl Jam is the greatest band ever.

But I miss the sound of the aforementioned.

What bands do you wish would have lasted longer?

I too am shocked the "take her arms and hold her down until she stops screaming song" did t have greater success

Lead singer is still touring. Saw him solo in Dallas 20 something years ago and he's a good storyteller.

Toad still tours and still makes albums.

Their stuff is still good. Crazy it is 10 now but New Constellation was their reunion album and it is fantastic. starting now is 2 and very good.

Edit it to say New Constellation is as good as any of their earlier stuff. Glen Philips is just a fantastic song writer.

They just finished a headlining tour for the 30th anniversary of Last Splash. Caught them in Fort Worth and they were AWESOME.

Add collective soul

I saw Gin blossome and collective soul just a few years ago. Man they are both really good and can play hits all night.

Sister hazel also in that genre.

Toad, Gin and barenaked ladies also toured last summer, came to red rocks. I didn't go though.
They also came this year with cracker.

TTWS. My favorite live band of all time. They still sound awesome! Last TTWS concert I went to was last year at the Mish up here in Bellvue. If you ever get the chance to go to the Mish, go. It's a great venue.

Sister Hazel still has their original lineup, and is still putting out new music and touring. I try to catch them whenever they come the HOB in Orlando.

Saw Better Than Ezra at Harry's back in 2000 or 2001. That was a fun show!

This summer, Hootie and the Blowfish (still in their original lineup) are touring with Collective Soul and Edwin McCain. I really hope we can make one of those shows!

In the spring of '93 they played at Rudder fountain. No joke. It was cold AF so no one was there.
