Nice interpretation

Username doesn't check out. Consider changing it to incomplete idiot instead?

I liked the tie ins to previous seasons/characters but I also really like they didn't force an unnatural one in. My rankings of seasons

I liked 3 more than most.

I think I would rank them:

I had thought I liked season 1 the best, mainly because of the leads, but I'm re-watching season 2 right now for the first time since it aired, and it's just so damn good.

Season 5 is in 3rd place for me.

Yeah, S2 is maybe my favorite single season of tv ever (need to give it a rewatch). I'd go:

2
1
5
3
4

But every season is better than 90% of the stuff out there.

I go:

1
2 (almost interchangeable)

5
3

4 (still not terrible, one of the most fun casts they've had. Would have loved to see this done without COVID screwing it all up, especially after watching Millers Crossing recently for the first time).

No idea if there is more Fargo in the future or not, but Noah Hawley remains one of my favorite creators in tv. I hope they let him cook for his Aliens series and I can't wait to see what else he does.

I stated earlier in the thread it is also my single favorite TV season, I did rewatch during the first Covid year, it didn't change my opinion. Go watch it again.

Miller's Crossing is great, one of my favorites. Danny Boy playing while Leo takes care of the bad guys in his house - just great.

Jumped into my Top 5 Coen films after my first watch. Love the music especially.

I would really struggle trying to rank Coen films. I think Miller's Crossing is top 3 for me (I don't count No Country for Old Men or True Grit as Coen owned films though).

Hooked by Season 1. Still hooked. Hard for me to rank them.

...but "The Tiger is free" scene set to the The Allman Brothers "Tied to the Whipping Post" has to be one of my favorite scenes. Season 5 could have ended there, and I would have been good with that.

Up angle, low visibility background, slo mo, line timing...perfect!

edit to say there might be some recency bias with this, but it was really good imo.

Glad to hear, it's in the queue.

I know this is not Fargo-related, but how many people does Hulu advertising think have AIDS out there? Almost every single first ad while watching is Biktarvy. The one with the fat black women, the black gay people and the white 50+ white gay dudes with the little POS dog.

I don't have AIDS, and no one I know has AIDS because it's a personal thing that even if they had wouldn't likely disclose. Even if I knew, no chance I would say "hey, since you got AIDS, you gotta check out Bilktarvy!"

Just weird. I know pharma companies spend more on marketing than R&D, but in this case I can't understand how this is a good ROI, unless 75% of the country has AIDS.

I thought it was just me. Kinda glad to know they think you have Eazy-E AIDS too.

Advertisers show us products that nearly every adult needs. That's why every commercial has staples like cars, insurance, banks, cell phone plans, and HIV medication. Just the essentials with broad market appeal.

Just finished it last night - didn't hate it, but I'm sorry and I love the guy but Jon Hamm will never not be Don Draper to me. Just kinda something I can't get over. Your rankings mirror mine except swap 3 and 5.
