That said, I forgot about Common ordering the raid on the hospital at the end, so my theory probably just went out the window.

Common has the emotional range of your average goldfish.... frustrating to watch.
I'm in the same boat, I'll keep watching but not sure what to think of it at this point. Hopefully the first season finishes strong.Max Power said:
I'm enjoying the show but I definitely think it's pretty uneven. The show does just enough to keep me on the hook so I'll keep watching.

Great episode! This show is paying off for those who stuck with it. Glad there will be a season 2.
"Wool" arrived earlier this week but I'm debating if I really want to read it now or wait for the show to not spoil anything.
If outside is nice in reality, then the people keeping it secret are also condemning themselves to a cramped life in the silo as well. Why would they do that? Can't wait to find out the truth about outside.
Season 1 cliffhanger: Jules opens that door and we get a brief hint of what's beyond before cutting to credits. Or is that too "on the nose"?
That's how I interpreted his comment as well.krosch11 said:
When he made that comment, my thought was that the water is deceptively shallow. he said something along the line of "turns out the water isnt the issue i thought it was" or something to that nature.
My guess is she climbs down and takes a leap of faith and lands on her feet. Nice little reference to the last crusade if you will.

It's getting real!
- The video of it being nice outside is the same thing Holston saw, so is that just another fake video they play through their suit visor? Is it actually nice outside or not?
- The 18 - a 1 followed by an 8 got a good laugh from me
- Is Sims wife/Sims involved in something bigger
- The 18 was on Bernard's key chain thing and the hard drive
- I couldn't tell what page Billings tore out
Really enjoying the show and sad next week is the finale. I'm going to try and pick up the books after the season ends

When they powered down the silo that big screen in the cafeteria blipped nice outside for a split second.
There were some confused looks, from what I remember. But I don't think anyone in the silo besides those who have accessed the HD and maybe (probably?) those in power have any idea that it could potentially be fake. If you're an average citizen in the silo, and the screen quickly flashes to color before going dark, you'd probably think it was a weird circumstance and not think about it further.evan_aggie said:Rocagnante said:

And no character ever said WTF? I don't get that. People clearly saw the blip.
