I, for one, enjoyed the ending. A lot. Didn't expect a road rage incident at a hardware store to turn into a full-blown meditation on existentialism but hey - that's why this show was awesome to me.

I laughed hard as hell at peninsula mentality.

Finished it last night and really enjoyed it. I thought the last episode was good. Wondering if and how they'll make a season 2.

What's some of their other good stuff?
Goodness, such an original movie. Felt like a modern portrayal of a Shakespearean "tragedy". Wife and I both started bawling uncontrollably towards the end. I still felt that movie the next day on and off.FightinTexasAg15 said:

Wife and i liked it, and figured ep 9 was the end. But then really enjoyed 10, and the ending.
Quite deep reflections if you think about the last scene.
It would be a mistake to make another season with these characters i think.
To be thematically consistent with this season, I was going to suggest a beef that originated from church stuff which would ultimately reveal the ugly sides of two parishioners - but then I realized this was already covered in There Will Be Blood.aggiephoenix02 said:
To add to that, it doesn't have to be about driving, the BEEF(s) could start any number of ways, online, at work, in a mall, at a sporting event, etc…

You may find this interesting, but the witch in beef was played by Ione Skye of "Say Anything" fame.
