Didn't Mike already tell Jimmy or Kim as much once before? After the raid on Lalo's house, I'm almost positive Mike HEAVILY implied that Lalo was dead. And yet, he came roaring back to kill Howard, so I understand why Jimmy might not 100% believe Mike.

Agreed, I think she's going to slip up when she talks to Cliff about why she missed her meeting with the pro bono operation he set her up with.

It was great writing. It was a great episode. It really sucked you in.

Lalo is one of the top breaking bad characters. Maybe the top character in my mind.

The bad news is I think the condo scenes were over acted. Lalo was perfect but Kim and Jimmy overdid it.

They could have toned it down a bit.

Felt like it was too much.

Ozymandias is #2 after this one. I feel like we got Lalo out of the way much too early, but I'm not sure what else is left for 5 episodes. Kim either dies or falls out with Jimmy, or gets vacuum cleanered. HHM dissolves and Saul gets a fancy house. We could certainly spend some more time with Gene in Nebraska. Love the idea to have a Lalo Salamanca prequel series.

Gonna have to go back to the soundtrack for this episode - I was too engrossed in the dialogue & story. I personally think this will end with a Gene Parmesan & Kim bittersweet reunion in B&W, and these events are what lead her to leave ABQ and her husband.

But who really knows - know what I can guarantee you? There is going to be AT LEAST 1-2 more Yacht Rock jams in these final episodes.

Poor Howard.

Thinking about it, all the characters introduced in BCS not present in the BB timeline are just about all dead - Chuck, Nacho, Howard, Lalo just off the top of my head. Does not bode well for Kim. That's a common theme of the BCS/BB universe, you do bad things and people die.

I guess the Kettlemans are still around. They're like cockroaches.

Exactly...at this point Kim hasn't witnessed any murders first hand and Jimmy only witnessed them in the desert where he was exhausted and many of the guys were taken out long range via sniper bullets. This was a man both had known for years.

And they absolutely had to assume he was there to kill them or at a bare minimum torture them for information. That warrants a LOT of freaking out on the spot.

Side note, does anyone know at what point Bob actually had his heart attack? Morbid curiosity I guess.
