Mike telling Gus he pulled his guys off the low priority targets only to have Lalo show up at Kim and Jimmy's. Everything in that writing room is thought out and I love it.
Mike is going to clean up the mess just like he did with Jane.Albatross Necklace said:
So what do they do with Howard's body?
We know that Saul isn't arrested for murder, so they have to dispose of it some way. No tubs of acid around either.
Best guess is they frame it to look like he got shot trying to buy drugs, then having to further sully the reputation of a man they just destroyed.

Any idea what Lalo went there to talk about?

Is Saul even aware of Werner Ziegler?

Did anyone else think that the drug was going to rub off on Ms. Landry and kill her? They sure made a point to show Howard touching the tea and the wheelchair. Was thinking that was going to be what turned it upside down for Jimmy and Kim.
I was thinking that too. More misdirection.theSCHW4B said:

Maybe wait a few days to do this on this thread. Let everyone enjoy the nightaTmAg said:I dunno... The killing of Hank > killing of Howard. The fight in the kitchen, Skyler crying in the street, Walt's phone call to Skyler, etc. Ozymandias alone had several epic moments that would each be series defining in any other show. Today's BCS had one: killing of Howard.Ghost of Bizbee said:aTmAg said:
I wouldn't go that far. Ozymandias is perfection that will likely never be reproduced.
I loved ozymandias. It was my favorite episode of TV.
Until today.

I disagree. Hank was always kind of a jerk, but he got to die like a man. I enjoyed Howard's character arc from villain to victim, which makes it s significant loss for me. And he died in a way that is meaningless, at least at the current time.Tobias Funke said:utah, get me two said:

Hank was pretty universally loved tho. Howard isn't an emotional loss, which makes the way this went down even more incredible
Ballistics wouldn't make that possible. Lalo was too far away for a self inflicted gunshot wound.bigjag19 said:
Leave the gun. Suicide. As drunk as he was it can be done.

One thing I'm confused on is the timeline with the mediator. Did he say that he stopped at the liquor store before the meeting? What time was the mediation? Seems like if all that happened in one day that they wouldn't have enough time to pull it all off.
When Kim told Hamlin he needs to leave, he should've told her "You're one of the smartest women I've ever met and you're too stupid to see, he made up his mind 10 seconds ago"#bettercallsaul
