I mean I felt it was Lalo on the first flicker, setting it up with Howard first then Lalo was nice work. You might have guessed it was Kim that dies if first flicker was Lalo. I had guessed Howard's death might break Kim, but didn't see him dying at Lalo's hand.

Three things.

1. Who had the better death, Nacho or Howard? Both actors gave incredible performances just prior to their character's end

2. These major players in BCS are not present in the BB timeline - Chuck, Nacho, Howard, Lalo and Kim.. This does not bode well for Lalo and Kim.

3. Whoever said this episode would not end in a cliffhanger was clearly lying.

This may be too basic, but maybe the split is that Jimmy/Saul can handle and make it through what happens to Howard. Kim cannot, and moves away

That was excellent work with the flicker of the candle. You were supposed to think it was Lalo the first time, but it was Howard. The second time, you KNEW it was Lalo.

They wanted you to think Howard was going to die. They wanted you to know that Howard was going to die. They deliberately put in so many red herrings that you would not suspect it would come from Lalo's gun.

As soon as they showed the wind draft with the candle, I knew Lalo was in there.

That was awesome.
