The resort manager scenes are so well done. He and Jennifer Coolidge have been great

So who's in the casket? A theory.

It's not Rachel (Daddario), that's too obvious and I think she peaces out on her husband after his mom shows up to the honeymoon and she realizes Shane is the ultimate ****** nozzle.

I actually think it's going to be Shane's mom that's in the casket. When Shane starts to screw with Armond's career, Armond goes mental/way off the wagon and decides to take out Shane's mom by putting some of his newly acquired drugs in her drink or something like that.

It's not tremendous tv but it's so unique that it's compelling and kinda addicting.

Really loving this show and kinda bummed its already getting close to being wrapped up. It appears he has a reasonably extensive IMDB page, but this is the first time I'm really being introduced to Murray Bartlett, and boy is he killing it in this. So perfect as Armand.

I think the dead body could be almost anyone, but I think its probably one of the family members (other than Connie Britton). Any of the four would all make sense at this point.

I think the son is going to play a big role when it's all said and done. We're seeing him move from being completely glued to his phone/game, to reluctantly putting them down, to losing them, and now he's voluntarily acting with the world around him (seeing the whale, noticing the sun rise, approaching the canoe guys).

The kid is hilarious to me and I crack up in almost every scene he's in.

One of my favorite parts of the show is the conversation at dinner about how Quinn, as a straight white male, is the one who no longer gets a place at the table. The two girls acted like you'd expect them to, but at least it explores both sides of the problem.

The comment something like "whoever says they're trying to change the system aren't actually trying to change anything, they just want to be the ones in charge" is spot on.

And the daughter is doing such a good job playing that know-it-all, cynical punk teenager so well I have a hard time seeing her ever playing a likable character. Kind of like Geoffrey from GOT.

I just don't think anyone from the Mossbacher family dies based on Shane's mood in the opening scene. Unless something happens in the next episode to cause Shane to care about the Mossbachers, I don't see him giving a **** if something happens to them, and he certainly acted melancholy in that opening scene.

The dead body is Mrs. Mossbacher. She never got over her husband cheating on her and trying to buy her off with bracelets, so she attempts to kill him. The husband gets clumsily lucky and ends up killing her in self defense, then scores with Diddario. That's why homeboy is so pissed in the airport.
