Still can't make it through the recent Netflix special. The decision to laugh-track the hell out of it was just terrible. It kills the show instantaneously. It's Big Bang Theory laugh-track on steroids. Awful.

I'll be honest - I didn't notice this. Not sure why because that sounds like something that would bug me too. But I agree it wasn't as funny as his earlier specials.

But Bargatze and Regan were two of the only guys that even attempted to prep, tour, and record an hour special during COVID and Regan's was awful.

I think Kevin James' Never Don't Give Up is still on Netflix and it is hilarious.

How in the world did you not notice that? Literally 20 seconds in and I couldn't stand any more of it. Same sentiment all over Twitter at the time.

If you're looking for best at all, my vote goes to humanity by Ricky Gervais.

If you're looking for best recent, the new one by Brian Regan is fantastic. Probably his best set since his original album.

Favorite Netflix Ones are Chris rock - tambourine. Mo Amer. Gad Elmaleh. All were hilarious.

Favorite non Netflix specials. Anything by Pablo Francisco or Aries Spears. They will both have you crying from laughing so hard.

Not traditional stand-up, but ventriloquist Jeff Dunham and his cadre of characters is hilarious! We have watched all his shows on Netflix and looked for more on Amazon Prime.
