It's got nothing to do with the thread, it is crass humor, and it hits home for me because I gained a lot of weight after losing my leg. That's it. If you think I'm wrong to call you out, Brian, that's fine. My respect for you and our friendship doesn't waver on something this small. Just sat with me wrong so I said something.

This thread isn't the place for celebrity looks, tabloid stuff, etc. It's more for factoids, stories, and historical nuggets, not pointing out how bad Zach Efron or Lena Dunham may or may not look, even if jokingly. And this is coming from someone who can't stand Dunham either.

This was the original design for Shrek when Shrek was being voiced by Chris Farley, prior to his death. Afterwards, it was redesigned because it was deemed too frightening to children.

Farley had recorded almost 85-95% of the dialogue, but the entire script was re-written when Mike Meyers took over.

When Steven Speilberg owned the rights, Bill Murray was to be Shrek, Steve Martin was the voice of Donkey (replaced by Eddie Murphy) and Janeane Garofalo was Princess Fiona (replaced by Cameron Diaz).

I wish there was a parallel universe that existed where this movie was released so I could watch it.
