Hi am from a place on the internet where by far the most popular topic for over two years was about a movement that believes Democrats eat babies. We are proud Americans that think we are the best democracy ever.... but we in no way think our elections are fair because we listen to brilliant litigators like Sidney Powell. Anyone who doesn't love Trump is a mindless zombie (except back when 16chan though he was a democrat plant). Why in gods name can't you understand how crazy you are for thinking racism exists?!!!

So now I'm a Q believer? I don't even know anyone who followed that. You obviously know nothing about me. I guess you believed there were Trump golden shower tapes? You can kindly gfy of you're not willing to have a conversation without being an arrogant a hole.

I didn't say that, but if you hang out on 16chan, you know a lot of people who followed it, and if that's your crowd you aren't in any place to be throwing around crazy allegations.

So all of forum 16 are Q believers? Wow, you really don't know what you're taking about.

Sounds like you'd fit right in with the lunatics on reddit and DU.

False accusations of racism is hilarious. Maybe the party should stop trying to reduce voting rights/access. Maybe when given the repeated chance to denounce racist supporters in the party someone should actually do that. Maybe the racist POTUS shouldn't call the neo-nazis at Charlottesville "good people".

Wow. The fact that there are still people that believe this is amazing. If you had a shred of honesty with yourself you would see that 45 never called a neo nazi good people, but he was referencing that there are good people on both sides of the aisle and we should not focus on the extremists.

Insanity.

The power of racism these days is amazing. It is the cardinal sin, so we see it at every turn and hurl accusations at every turn.

Our social fabric is broken. Victimhood run rampant. No hurt feelings allowed. I have personally lost sight of people that have actually encountered real struggles in their lives and people who think they have real struggles in their lives.

I never voted for trump. However, seeing what he stands for and his approach to any issue (not in an apologetic victimhood creating way), I can undoubtedly tell you he is better for black culture in the long term than ANYTHING the left trots out.

Ah, yes, another F16 staple... reducing the black experience to "victimhood," "hurt feelings," and a group of people who merely *think* they have "real struggles." Then, to top it all off, an assurance that the person "better" for their struggle is [X] instead of actually *listening* to THEM tell you who/what THEY need.

You managed to hit every single condescending cliche in one, succinct post. Quite impressive.

Really? This is a blatant lie. Trump condemned the neo-nazis and did not say they were good people. What a ****ing joke. Trump was so racist that black unemployment hit historic lows and he had promised $500b to Black small business owners. And he gave tons of money to historically black colleges. Yep, real racist.

Voting is the backbone of the concept of America. One party wants to limit it as much as possible rather than try to appeal to the average American. It is the same party that has only won the popular vote in 1 of the last 8 presidential elections. It's the same party that was soundly defeated in the last election but acted like a spoiled toddler refusing to accept reality. It's the same party who's leader encouraged the capitol riots (and multiple deaths including a cop) from a few blocks away. You need to clean your fkin house. It's rat infested.

Your perspective is heavily biased by Democrat narratives that are straight up shameless lies. I don't have room to list all of the disgusting behavior of Democrats during the last four years and specifically the 2020 election. Before casting stones, I suggest you clean your house because the people that you vote for are straight up scum bags of the highest order. Quit lying about voter suppression would be a good start. The left has ZERO self awareness and this thread is proof of that.

This is so ridiculous. You can't really believe this. Maybe you do, which is sad. The Democrat party is renowned for cheating in elections. It is widely "known" that Chicago is infamous for lack of election integrity. Mayor Daley ring a bell? JFK is widely thought to have won in 1960 because of LBJ's "connections" in Texas.

Election integrity is paramount to a free society. This last election was so fraught with fraud it is a waste of breath to even discuss it, and it's been debated ad nauseum.

Conservatives want real voters' votes to count. They don't want thousands of unverified mail in ballots to suppress their 1 vote. How is that racist? How is it racist to ask for ID to vote, but it's not racist to ask for ID to buy beer?

The Democrat party is a cesspool. And guess what, so is the Republican party, just not to the same extent. Q movement was based on trying to change the puppet establishment. Sadly, it failed. And I really don't see a way for things to get better now.

Call me a nut, call me racist, call me whatever, but I'm not against you. I'm against the establishment. Pay attention to the lies, stop sweeping them under the rug.because they're on your "team".

The documentary is factual and fair. I'm not really sure what a "balanced" story on Q Anon would entail. A purported anonymous insider, on an imageboard chock full of fake insider trolls and child porn, spun a tale about child sex trafficking. And he led off by saying Hillary had been detained and was in the process of being extradited. Why this ever gained any traction after such an inauspicious start is the most interesting aspect to me. But then again Barnes completely fooled 16chan's finest.

This notion that F16 is nothing more than this sharing of innocuous thoughts and ideas, all backed with facts and statistics, is laughably preposterous. There's a reason some of us find the 16chan moniker to be so brilliantly perfect. It's because that, overall, it's an objectively hateful board that often peddles in completely false narratives. It's because it's ground zero for bad faith arguments and the sharing of opinions that most people outside of it do not consider sane. It's because it's literally one of the most vile, un-empathetic sites some of us have ever visited on the internet; one that, from the outside looking in, isn't *that* far removed from what we're seeing of 8chan in this Q doc. That doesn't mean that good ideas and discussion aren't posted on F16 a daily basis as well. That doesn't mean that most of the posters there support or engage in the tendencies listed above. But it 100% harbors the people who do, who are often the loudest voices of the bunch, and no company in their right mind would risk its existence by allowing those people free reign to say whatever the hell the want on their platform.
You really should take a step back and look at how your political biases effect your discernment of political discussion. Your list of complaints alone tells me that your opinions of other's statements are heavily influenced by your biases and take their comments out of the context they intended.

You've spent this entire thread casting aspersions and making sweeping generalizations about 'the left' and 'the media'. Glass houses.

The blue plastic Q is an important artifact in qverse.
how so?

i became interested in q because it was actually more believable than anything coming out of mainstream politics or media.

no one could possibly believe anything in the current dem platform is good for any american, nor that any of the propaganda coming from hollywood or media is sincere. there were kernels of truth about the reasons for that, and some hopefulness in q, together with some obvious bs, and together with the usual internet expansion/diversion/whatever you call it that appeared to surround q but maybe not come from q.

now that q seems to be very much gone, i'd like to know more about it, but i wasnt learning much about it in this show so far.

i've pretty much stayed out of f16 since the inauguration and the longer i stay away from it the crazier and kookier these posts seem. it's like living next door to a sewage plant and you don't realize how much it stunk all the time until you took a vacation and returned.

this is a fairly reasonable post by f16 standards but it's ridiculous hyperbole that only sounds good when you're in an echo chamber.

I go to f16 daily because it's like reading a trashy newspaper print (like the one in So I Married an Axe Murderer).

"Pregnant Man Gives Birth.... that's a fact"

Most of what they print and say is garbage IMO but there is a true one every now and then. I would say one in ten of my posts there are my actual thoughts and the rest are just effort to make people laugh.

It's just entertaining for a conservative like me.

The most damaging and pathetic conspiracy theory of all time is that socialism is somehow good, despite it failing time and time again and causing the deaths of millions of people. People who believe that nonsense are not confined to their parents' basements, but exist in the halls of congress, the white house, in homes throughout the nation and probably the majority of this board.

One thing that could be said about the Q-anon people, is that at least they recognized they were wrong and naive once they were proven so. Liberals still profess their BS after the Berlin wall fell, thousands of people risked death fleeing Cuba, North Koreans resorted to cannibalism, Venezuela turned to crap in less than a decade, etc.

I wonder when HBO is going to do an expose on that naive movement?

It is embarrassing that we have supposedly educated Aggies in a giant circle jerk ridiculing Q conspiracists while professing their belief in the "Georgia voting laws are minority suppression" conspiracy theory out of the other side of their mouths. That is a narrative created to fool the dumbest of Democrat voters and should be dismissed by anyone capable of critical thought. Yet here we are.

I hear you. In general, I completely agree with your overall sentiment. Especially if this sentence were as noble or as innocent as you make it out to be...

Quote:

If you have firmly held beliefs you should be able to support them with facts and logic and reasons for holding those beliefs and why you think they are net positives for those that they affect and not just say they are correct because people don't get canceled for having them.

But you're conveniently ignoring all of the horrible sh*t posted on the politics board, on a daily basis, outside of the Q thread, that is not supported with "facts and logic" by any stretch of the imagination. On any given day you can find people on that board...

- Defending mass shooters.
- Defending people like Kyle Rittenhouse.
- Making light of mass shootings.
- Cheering the literal deaths of liberals (both real and fantasized).
- Supporting the insurrection.
- Arguing against even the broadest definition of diversity.
- Peddling suspect and provably wrong information from jank, ridiculously bias sources.
- Expressing vaguely if not outright racist opinions, from comparing Michelle Obama to an ape (that one I've seen at least a dozen times, if not more) to blind rage against BLM, despite the many nuances and complexities of the movement.

... just to name a few. I'm not saying *all* of these things are expressed everyday, but at least a couple of them absolutely are. Hell, a few months ago there was literally a thread titled "Why I'm a little bit racist" that stayed up for days. There was another, around the same time, that was a long diatribe as to why women belonged in the home and not at the work place. Both threads lasting pages, filled with agreeable and supportive responses. Never mind the board's biggest issue, which is an overall psychotic attempt to turn a political opponent into a mortal enemy by ascribing the worst tendencies of the few most radical liberals to anyone and everyone who has ever voted Democrat, essentially declaring war on half the country.

I know this might lead to a bit of a derail, but I am completely with you and agree with everything you said, outside the Kyle Rittenhouse comment. I will preface this with saying the overall glee of "libs" getting killed by Kyle and making him out to be some sort of hero by 16chan is sickening. Nevertheless, he was clearly acting in self-defense, and anyone arguing otherwise has not watched all the video evidence or is completely blinded by the political spectrum that they fall under.

The kid is an idiot, he seems to not be the greatest guy either, and I think part of him was probably hoping for a fight, but none of those things are illegal. Based on the video evidence, he did not instigate anything. The first individual killed just prior to being shot was aggressively accosting Kyle, then he is seen aggressively chasing after him, someone fires a warning shot into the air with a pistol, and at the same time Kyle's pursuer corners him, grabs his gun and is then shot multiple times. Then people start chasing after him in what looks to be a vigilante mob, when he clearly poses no threat to any of them. He then trips, and people start attacking him, one kicks him in the head, one of them literally tries to bash his head in with a skateboard, another actually pulls a gun out on him. The only people that are shot are individuals that are clearly posing a threat to his life. He subsequently turns himself into police who amazingly just let him go, which is probably the clearest example of white privilege I have ever seen.

Sorry for the derail, again.

No, you're right, and I appreciate the clarification. I'm speaking more toward 16chan's literal celebrating of the deaths of Rittenhouse's victims than I am his actual guilt/innocence. When I say "defense" I should have been more clear, but I'm basically referring to a general support of him as some sort of hero, when he's clearly a scumbag human being. I understand defending him when it comes to the law, which most of 16chan is doing. It's just the louder voices who then take that a demented step further and revere him as a hero for killing people they perceive as their mortal enemies.

Aw, gotcha, totally agree. Whenever that first happened I remember some posters posting memes of pictures of Kyle literally killing someone as a joke. The amount of disconnect and complete disregard for human life is pretty disturbing. I feel like my humor is pretty dark as an ER doctor, but even that was a bit too much for me.

How else do you explain the CONSTANT treatment of these types of white male shooters with kid gloves by authorities, while black people are gunned down for, you know, wearing a hoodie? If it weren't so horrible it'd be laughable at this point. Either way, it's undeniable and beyond predictable every time it happens, which is increasingly often. And this lol/scoffing attitude at it all is a huge part of the problem, and one of the many reasons the black community continues to be as upset as they are. At the very least, the utter lack of even an ounce of empathy or compassion continues to blow my mind.
