Can someone change that lower frame to say Guitar Show or NAMM Convention?
Just checking in to post that my boy saved up to buy his own Jackson V as a little step up. Love that kid. I can't play a lick, and he's currently perfecting is Iron Maiden
My wife got me a frame for my picture from the Tremonti guitar clinic.
So I "fixed" the neck with some titebond, but did a complete setup of this. Only one fret needed leveling, which was surprising. Fret ends were almost spot on - I filed them down a little just because I wanted to, F1 oil treatment on the fret board, and polished up the frets with a dremel and frine polish. Fixed the action, still have to adjust the intonation some, but had to stop because I had to make dinner. Thing plays extremely well for a budget guitar. Probably now my 3rd favorite to play behind my Fender American Ultra and PRS. (A kid ran off with my clippers to get rid of the extra strings lol, though I used to keep them like that a long time ago).
ETA - it has coil splitting so you can get so many tones from it. I geek out with sound options so coil splitting and other variables make me happy. (Also why I want to grab a Jaguar at some point).

Just got offered a trade of a Gibson Theodore for my Mesa Boogie amp. Seems like a solid trade for me. No interest in keeping the guitar but it looks like a good deal money wise. Probably a little in my favor if anything.

My spark go speaker is going out……I have to compress the speaker face for audio to play

I picked up the spark 2 today. It's a whole lot of fun to be able to play around with so many different effects through an app. Hope they have the quality locked in for this one.

I bought the Xsonic AirStep for my Spark 40. I was able to reuse it for hr Spark 2. But I haven't seen how it works for looping.

I'm considering putting my Yamaha FG-830 for sale. It doesn't get played often enough. I love how it sounds but I play my PRS with the cutaway so much more. And my Sire S7 when I want to play electric.
I'm packing up now, but Palapa Bar in Kemah has a good band right now. Not sure how late they go.

Got a new box of strings on sale and already added my D'Addario Player's Circle points!
Got a pair of PRS 85/15 pickups in today to go into the Platinum Custom 24. I'm gonna have Danny D's handle it as I want them to look at some other things as well. Still debating whether I want to keep the push/pull pot for the split or buy PRS 5-Way rotary selector.
