Got a new Schecter Avenger Standard and a Gamma Hades distortion pedal. Guitar came in late last night so I haven't plugged it in. I've been wanting to try this shape but most are pretty expensive until this new standard line came out. Pretty well made for $400. I will probably use this as a mod guitar, I've never done anything other than switch pickups on others and I had a pro do that. Thinking about upgrading pickups, bridge, tuners, maybe nut.

I've been tempted a few times to grab a Synyster Gates model which is that same shape, but I've always talked myself out of it.

The pic you posted is not displaying properly.

The floyd rose has kept me away, I'm a hard tail guy.

That's one of the reasons I talk myself out of it.

Totally forgot I ordered a blem guitar off of Guitar Fetish. It was delivered today, and I had my neighbor grab it off the porch. Wife didn't see it. But it's purple, so it will stick out like a sore thumb at some point. Going to be doing some setups of the two budget guitars as soon as I'm on PTO for the holidays. Still trying to figure out how to sneak a real Gibson LP into the house.

ETA - I was clearly caught on the ring doorbell with a guitar shaped box. So, hopefully she doesn't get bored and go look at the footage.

Used prices are dropping pretty hardcore right now. I'll be curious when or if new prices start to come back down.

I think this is all the Covid guitar purchases getting sold because they stopped playing them. People who aren't addicted to buying new guitars getting rid of them.

Hopefully new guitars drop in price soon, too.

I've always been curious about the Kramer brand and this looks like a fun guitar.

Anyone have any experience with Kramer and is a good purchase for this set-up? Or a total waste of money. I don't have a 3 single coil pick up set up on any of my guitars .

They can be great. In the 80's they had a cheaper line that was made in Japan. Those lousy Japanese luthiers went by another name you know - ESP.

Body shape and finish doesn't look very Kramer'ish, but Im noit an expert by any means.
