So, I took the advice that I really should have thought of on my own a long time ago. I called them, and I just need to send them the serial number from the unit when I get home, and they'll send me a new one.

I really feel dumb.
Cool update on this story....I went home and dug through all my stuff trying to find the wireless unit so I could get the serial number. Couldn't find it at all. Then I remembered I had tossed it in the trash out of frustration that I couldn't find the invoice, and I just thought I was SOL. I emailed the SALES ENGINEEER back and told him what happened, and thanked him for his time in trying to help me. He emailed me back and said it was no problem, they'd send me a new unit anyway once it's back in stock.
Sweetwater has gained a customer for life.
PS: I couldn't find the invoice because my wife used her work email to place the order and hide it from me. Clever girl.
