Selling a 2018 Taylor GS Mini in Houston. The neck was broken during a move but professionally repaired by Neil Sargent in Houston. The guitar is in overall good condition but does have a few kicks and dings. I'm not sure if this is good or bad but I don't notice any difference in playability from when I bought the guitar. Asking $250. Soft case included

Quick pics of the newly arrived CHibson LP Special. I'm optimistic about this one. Huge chunky neck, the way I like them. .96" at the 1st fret, .97" at the 12th. Body wood is definitely in the mahogany family. Three pieces that are grain matched better than the Gibsons I looked at a couple of weeks ago. Light satin clearcoat finish. No fret sprout, and no quality control flaws that I can see (so far) other than it not having strap buttons lol. Not surprisingly the 3-on-a-plate tuners kind of sucked (the EAD tuners rattled when you pluck the open G string) so I replaced them with some Kluson style tuners that came off of a PRS Zach Myers. Will likely replace pickups and pots with some Lollars I have laying around. Did I mention the corpulent neck? So far I'm pleased. Worst part was the fact that I was supposed to receive it June 6th but it didn't get here until July 8th.

New to me guitar day. Trade went off well. This is like the second guy I've worked with on a guitar purchase that wasn't a complete pain in the ass. 97 Core McCarty.





And at whatever point I change strings, these sexy oxidized beasts are going back on the pickups.

This one's actually more a green. Maybe drifting into some kind of teal territory.

Also noticed it actually has true moon inlays and not dots. I don't know if I've had one with moons.

The picture doesn't do it justice.

Incredible build, finish and color. Thank goodness it isn't heavy AF like the Les Paul.

This is THE guitar I've always wanted as a life long Metallica and Kill Em All fan. The guitar I grew up seeing high on the wall at Guitar Center. Today dreams came true for me and will cherish this guitar for the rest of my life.

What an incredible feeling.
