I went to Toneshop in Addison yesterday to get a Truetone 1spot CS-12 power supply (mother F this thing is awesome!).
I'm jealous. If I lived in the area they'd get sick of my face in there every day.Garrelli 5000 said:

Depends what you need to do, or feel comfortable doing. Everyone should know how to do the following, imo:Quincey P. Morris said:
Any recommendations on kits or specific tools for setups? The blue PRS strings are way too high and if I can start handling this myself and not pay $50 for the local shop to do it that would be awesome.

Anybody ever heard of this girl in Dallas that takes acoustic guitars and makes them into glass artwork? Just discovered her site today through a Relix email.
The process in the video looks cool and final products look pretty nice on her gallery page. She's got a bunch on her site of the Dead, Stones, sports teams, and just art designs and she'll apparently do custom designs.

I've had this amp a few months now and love it. As of right now, I own a grand total of zero effects pedals.Texicurean said:

This is my first ever tube amp. I've had it home about an hour and loving it.
