A friend of mine had a severely damaged 1971 Martin 12 string D-35 he was going to throw in the trash after a large mirror fell on it, so I told him I'd take it and try to repair it. One side had extensive cracks, the back was falling off, the neck needed a reset, the soundboard was cracked and old Martins didn't have wooden side braces, just straps, that were all torn on that side.
So far, I've glued the cracks together, stabilized the side with carbon fiber, repaired the soundboard cracks, removed the neck and taken off the fretboard to replace the old neck square tube with an adjustable truss rod. Just a few hours work, lol.

He keeps apologizing for how much work I've put it, but I'm like, I love it!

Any ideas on the best multi-guitar stands? I assume some come with rollers--any other options?
Be mindful of the material touching your guitars. Certain dyes can bleed into your guitar's finish.
I got this one to hang on the wall off Amazon. It's ok and does the job. But sometimes if you're not careful when you put the guitar up it can move a little. I always double check to make sure they're straight. Other than that, it's good.
Konig & Meyer (K&M) stands was recommended on here & they're great.
String Swing makes nitro friendly stands and hangers if you want a US based company. You can't go wrong with K&M either.
I have 2 of these and one version with a space for an acoustic. I love these because they are very sturdy and use a translucent soft plastic that feels kind of like rubber. This prevents any dye bruising on my guitars. You can buy casters for them, separately, though I've never used casters. All of mine stay where they are.
I know it's a small thing, but I also love the little pick holders all down the row of slots.

Thanks guys--looking at these now. I like the Black on Black version of this 17515.
Do you feel secure in the guitars staying in position? Any concern they could get jostled out of their slot?
I have no concern. I also don't put them on casters and jostle them around.

Never ever buying a Fender again. Even their custom shop stuff sucks.

I like Takamine a lot, but the ones I'd buy new are probably going to go over a grand. Seagull is always a decent option for lower priced guitar that's solid. Might have to get a good setup, but other than that they're a great bang for your buck instrument.

I loved mine so much I bought a second one. Very comfortable to play and has a great sound. Alex plays his on this current tour in the intro to Natural Science and maybe The Garden as well.
There will be long stretches of months where these aren't available on Reverb and then they will show up for a bit.
A little thinner than other guitars which is part of why it is so comfortable.

Sure, but not from lack of quality. Ive sold more PRS guitars than Fender CS guitars.
Ive sold 2 Fender CS guitars. One I was just never playing it because I have another that is too similar and I prefer more. The other is a 60s style strat and I wanted a 50s style.
Im not saying 100% of CS guitars are exceptional. But throwing out a blanket statement that Fender CS sucks is simply the definition of hyperbole.
