This thought came to me last night - what are the best examples of a famous or semi-famous actor surprising you by showing up on-screen?

The big one that comes to mind for me is Matt Damon in Interstellar. I was completely shocked in the theater and so was just about everyone else.

Another surprising one was Danny Pudi in The Winter Soldier although that one was more of a cameo.

He had a prominent part in Dogma, along w/ Affleck. Affleck had smaller roles in Mallrats and Chasing Amy.
