Two stand out to me:

Obviously, Firefly. I am glad there was a movie to help wrap some things up.

Detroit 187. I loved this show from the first episode. The main character was quirky but deep. Really think this show could have grown in popularity to being a decade or more running show if they let it develop

I really enjoyed Lonestar on fox. Story of a con artist living a double life in Midland and Houston. For some reason it hooked me but got canceled mid season.

Vinyl.

Very inconsistent and plenty of flaws. But I loved the way it handled the time period, the actors involved, and thought it set up nicely for more.

Briarpatch was good. I would've liked another season in that world.
Terriers had lots of potential for future seasons but the first season was sloppy so I sort of understood why it got canceled.

Is there a 2 seasons and canceled category? Because Party Down would be my #1 there.
