Not necessarily bad delivery, just bad writing.
One that has always stood out to me is Josh Hartnett's line in Pearl Harbor: "I think World War II just started!"
Even as a 13-year-old kid, I knew that was a terrible line. Nevermind the fact that nobody actually called the first war "World War I" yet, but the war had already been going for two years.
Very clearly written for modern American audiences (and nobody else). It feels like it was written by a first year film student. Still cringey to this day.
