I'll show my age as well.

Waaayyyyy back in the early '80's, I hated Culture Club because "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?" and "Karma Chameleon" are two of the worst songs I've ever heard. Ever.

So many years later, I've realized that some of their other songs are actually great. "Time (Clock of my Heart)" and "Miss Me Blind" are great songs.

Probably a lot of one hit wonders I like but can't think of many artist that I strongly dislike and still listen to a song.

Imagine dragons is a group that I tend to have polarizing reactions to. Love a few songs and hate most of them. Some of their songs are so bad I have to turn the radio off and they get so overplayed.

I've always liked this song and didn't realize for a while that it was The Cars. Maybe I'd like more of their songs by the same same singer. However is not just the singing, a lot of their songs have that distinctive early 80s sound that I'm not a fan of.

Another I can think of is Every Breath You Take by the Police. That song sounds timeless, but a lot of their other ones sound square in the early 80s.

Written in 1975 by UKs Ian Hunter who was originally part of Mott the Hoople.

FYI SHAUN CASSIDY also covered it before Great White.
