Much better Kraven trailer, including the Rhino peek, and looks like it might be worth watching. At home.

Sadly, this might have been a really good Spider-Man 4 as it looks much more compelling than any of that Mysterio crap they served up in 3.

Honestly would love Sony and Marvel to secretly have been working on it (for this to lead into SM4) but odds of that are 0%.

You mean 2, aka Far From Home? If so, I actually really liked that version of Mysterio, along with Gyllenhaal's portrayal. I thought it was a cool idea. Then again, I know next to nothing about the comic book version, and the same goes for Kraven.

Especially Bourdain himself. What a weird movie to greenlight

I'm sure this will be meh since it's Sony, but give me this version of Kraven in the MCU and do a Kraven's Last Hunt story and I'd be happy

The names are contractually obligated to be listed in a certain order. That's all pre-negotiated. But yeah, there's absolutely no reason they couldn't have reversed the imagery. So dumb.

I distinctly recall you talking about that being a big part of contract negotiations and the "Starring" vs "special guest appearance" vs order etc. but I feel like I see this in posters really often and it infuriates me. Just photoshop it people. Its the year 2024. I'm not asking for much. You took that picture specifically for the movie. The contract was negotiated. YOU KNEW WHOSE NAMES WOULD BE FIRST.

edit: it probably annoys me more than what is reasonable.

edit edit: it also seems like actors would get more bent out of shape about this. I mean sure, no one is mixing up a mary-louise and an Ayo, but what if it wasnt so easy?

I'm guessing Ayo is the bigger name/draw at this point so they put her first in the pic but she was not the bigger name when the movie was filmed?

Refreshing. Of course it took Jonah Hill to do it. That gives me some hope for the genre.

Hopefully it will totally lack political correctness.

I'm imagining the pitch to Jonah:
"So imagine if maximum overdrive, Superbad, & this is the end had a threesome and had a baby… this movie is THAT baby!"

This definitely looks like Jonah's personal Superbad (with more fiction obviously). Looks fun.
