I know everyone's all about Sydney Sweeney, and that as long as she's hot it won't matter, but IMO she has zero charisma in this teaser. She plays a good spoiled brat, but I'm not yet buying her as the lead in a romantic dramedy...

With the strike, there was no way this wasn't getting delayed, but I was expecting it to move from summer 2024 to late 2024, not all the way to summer 2025...

Over the next four days I'll be seeing three of my most anticipated movies for the rest of the year... The Holdovers, The Killer, and Killers of the Flower Moon. At which point at least one new awards contender releases every week through the end of the year.

Throw in the NBA starting last night, the Rangers in the World Series on Friday, Halloween on Tuesday, college basketball soon after, with football in full swing, and it's finally starting to feel like fall.

Josh Hartnett is teaming up with director M. Night Shyamalan for his upcoming project that's currently filming in Canada. Keeping things pretty hush hush, the film is described by Shyamalan as a "psychological thriller set at a concert" per Film Updates. Originally known as Trap the project is currently being filmed under the codename Good Grades as the director is yet to announce the title of his project. Shyamalan is putting a lot into the film, as he's not only serving as director, but as producer as well. Plus, he's opted to fund the project himself after procuring an agreement from SAG-AFTRA in order to film the project during the ongoing actors' strike.

Fury Road is my favorite unexpected surprise of the past 20 years. A movie that I had zero expectations for that just blew me away.
