The plan has always been Sam then JC. If Brett had won veto last week Sam would have left. Neither have been good at comps, but Sam has done better. She won the wall comp and came in 2nd the last two HOHs. They have also talked about how JC has done more for them as an alliance and think he should be rewarded for it. I did not realize that they are getting paid a little more, interesting twist that could dictate the order of eviction, ie - reward someone for loyalty with a little extra cash.
