Good lord that was some emotion-driven broadsides against people who care to opine about Star Wars and Harvey Weinstein and their connection to some of the evils in this day and age.

TC was the biggest contributor of the Harvey/Hollywood abuse thread for a long time until the number of Hollywood DB's overwhelmed even him. And he was one of the first to criticize TLJ. Does that make him a bad guy? Or is it not the criticism but the criticism from the right that is the problem?

And your father was an ******* because he was a conservative. Well my dad was quite gracious and loving and he was a conservative. So our dads prove nothing.

I'll continue to opine when i feel like it. I hope others will continue to do so as well. Entertainment became political when Hollywood decided it should be overtly political especially when it made the case that you couldn't disagree or you were a bigot or a racist or worse.

That made this intersection of politics and entertainment valuable and indeed necessary.

My post was in response to yet another personalized attack on one of them after repeated requests to tone down the toxicity by several people.

My logic in that moment was to make myself the a--hole so others would not have to. It's not the persona I would have preferred.

I know I went too far. Only a handful of guys needed that message and now I've pi$$ed off a whole bunch of you.

That doesn't feel so great.
