I just stumbled across the first 4 seasons on Amazon. It seemed to get better after the first episode.

Has anyone else seen it?

I watched the first 3 seasons. I enjoy it but it seems a bit repetitive after a while. Def a good show to watch if you are about to work out or chop wood.

The Last Kingdom (Vikings invading Early England) was much more captivating to me, but Vikings still has me hooked. Although for the life of me I wish they would make it more clear what Ragnar's motivation is (I'm only in early Season 2).....is it purely adventure and conquest? Why does he involve himself in politics and choose sides? Is he after fame? Fortune? Becoming king? Pleasing the Gods and fulfilling his destiny?

I know what every character wants...except for him, and he's the main guy!!!
