Death will be determined by onscreen death and/or offscreen death where it is stated that they died or reasonable to assume they died. If someone is resurrected within episode 9 or 10 they are not considered dead. Later resurrections (in future seasons) do not affect the scoring. Their status at the end of Episode 10 is what is used.
Point Levels - more points for bigger characters

8 - for killers and protectors
7 - for sidekicks and advisors
5 - for extended family
3 - for creatures, animals, giants, etc.

- negative points for incorrectly guessing that someone will die, but they actually are alive

Grading this - ok Survey Monkey provides no easy way to grade it (and I'm not paying for the export function). So, depending how many entries there are I will try to look through and manually calculate it.
