Best minor character from Parks and Rec?

I think all the minor characters have already been named, but I just had to stop in to say that Parks and Rec is the best sitcom ever put on TV by one of the big 3 networks.
I love Eagleton Ron, specifically for the scene where Swanson realizes that they aren't exactly alike, but actually polar opposites.
That scene pretty much sums up my experience moving up to Boston for grad school

We restarted it a few weeks ago. I have seen every episode 3 or 4 times by now and I still laugh out loud at joke I know are coming.

Friends was great from the get go, and lasted longer with very little drop off.
Disagree about no drop-off and no Friends moments come close to the highs of Parks. Friends is a fun show, but it's thin and repetitive. Parks is deep with some very genuine emotional moments.
Friends is an all time great no doubt but it's not holding up as well as I thought. Not even close to Seinfeld on rewatches.
Oh there was drop off, but it wasn't very big. (See: Entourage, HIMYM, etc)

Friends first 3 or 4 seasons are some of the most relatable tv ever for a post grad ages 22-34. It was very original and attacked that culture better than any other show before it or after.
After season 3 or 4 though it got pretty corny. You can't tell how far into the series you are almost instantly by how whiny Ross is.
Huge Friends P1 but its not near the show that Parks is. Id also put it behind Scrubs. But lets not derail a great thread.

Friends lost elite status when Monica and Chandler's relationship became the center of the show, then dropped to just being average as soon as Rachel got knocked up.
The absolute high point, emotionally, was "she's his lobster," which was a great moment, but even that falls way short of dozens of P&R moments. Leslie's wedding, her election acceptance speech, the whole finale... all easily superior. The whole team really knew how to make a moment land.

Schur was show runner, but Greg Daniels co-created it with Schur.
