I think that was a vision that let him see what Aslaug was doing when Ragnar was away. He always says how close he is to the gods and since Harbard is a god, I think that's why he was able to see what was happening back home. Very interesting scene though.
Ragnar is going downhill quick. The drugs are getting to him. The mouth bleeding seems pretty significant at this point.
Bjorn is about to be a key player. I see him rolling into Ragnar's roll soon and becoming the main leader/king or something along those lines, especially with the significance of the boats and water attacks. If I remember right, he was the master of the water in his day.
Rollo is officially on my **** list. Not a fan of him. He's always questioned things and never been true to anyone which makes me wonder how long until he disowns the French. I don't see him being welcome back with open arms though, so his role is wide open in my opinion. In real life, he'd be in about the worst position possible, especially if the Vikings conquer Paris.
Not sure what to think about the two new Viking guys with the face tats. They sure where happy when the Viking fleet was getting annihilated in the channel. Can't say I trust them, but not sure why. It could be because they want to see the Vikings fall or just see Ragnar fail, but not positive quite yet.
The Chinese girl is by far the most interesting character at this point. You can tell she regrets hurting Ragnar with the medicine (she knows she's slowly killing him), but she knows if she doesn't give in he will kill her, especially now that he's addicted to the drugs. I think she really likes him and knows how powerful he is, but she is a great manipulator and I'm not sure what exactly she's planning at this point.
Ivar will be a beast in no time.
