What is the guesstimate to how the Wall is brought down? Is there a hidden WW baelrog?

Also all we have seen in the WW army are the leaders, horses and morphed humans/soldiers. There was always mention of "unspeakable" entities.

What about the "Others"? Thoughts?

I think White Walkers is the name the show uses for Others. They're interchangeable.

White Walkers are "the Others".

I think the unspeakable things were the giant ice spiders and wight creatures like bears, direwolves, giant stags, mammoths, giants, etc. Basically all the bad sh** north of the wall. Think some of things the NW went up against at the Fist of the First Men.

Hypothesis.

If Hodor somehow became a whitewalker ( is this possible?) Could Bran have some link to him that allows him to worg into him and control them. ( Think Data-Picard/Locutus- Borg?)
I don't think getting stabbed to death by wights is conducive to being raised again as a WW. He'll be a very large wight though.

As far as we know from show canon, only Craster's *newborn* sons are able to make the transition, outside of the CotF stabbing whomever the Night King was.
I would think that the WWs are able to convert any living human that they want to convert. I see no reason that the ability would be limited to Craster's offspring.
An intelligent WW is no doubt a better warrior than fodder wights, so why didn't they convert every single Wildling and Crow after the battle of Hardhome?

As far as we know, only Craster's boys and whoever the CotF turned into Night King can be made WW's.

Also, I bet that is how this season ends, at the wall. The horn blasts three times and what's left of the NW looks out and sees the the WW's are their army. Then the Night King blasts the Horn of Winter or whatever means they are going to use to shatter the Wall at Castle Black. A crack starts to open in the Wall and the screen goes black.

Who do we think has it in the show?

I think one has to be living to be converted into a white walker. There weren't any left alive at Hardehome except those who escaped.

They do, that's the point I'm making in regard to Hodor possibly becoming a WW. Not possible. But a Wight, yes. A very large Wight.

It's possible they only convert babies bc the individual retains memories after being turned.

Your previous post seemed to indicate you were arguing otherwise, sorry for misinterpreting.

It also makes all (save NK) WW's stepbrother's, which could be neat.

I'd think they'd be more pissed about Sam/Jon/Meera killing three of their incest-stepbro's...

The Horn of Winter.
Who do we think has it in the show?
You're getting that confused with the dragon horn. Euron claims to posses a horn that control dragons. The Horn of Winter is what Mance was looking for to knock down the wall if needed. They did have some sort of horn and I believe that Melisandre destroyed it after Stannis smashed Mance's army. Whether it was the Horn of Winter wasn't confirmed.
The Horn of Winter was revealed by Tormund to Jon to be fake after Melisandre burned it though. Who do we think has it in the show since Mance is dead instead of Rattleshirt...who I guess is also dead...and we never saw it? Maybe Benjencoldhands rescues Bran and has the horn, then passes him under the wall with mark, undoing the magic and...somehow someone blows the horn?

Not sure if this has been speculated on, but is it possible that the Night's King is warging into all of those dead bodies and reanimating them that way? Maybe that's why he's horny to find the 3ER and now Bran. The 3ER is a warg of equal power so he has to hunt him down like The Kurgan from Highlander.

I still can't believe that the Children of the Forest created the White Walkers...what a colossal **** up.

They should probably be grounded for, like, at least a week.

My gut feeling is he doesn't warg to reanimate. Other wargs are basically incapacitated while warging. The NK goes on about his business while the wights are doing their thing.

I know this is a million pages later but just read your response to me... Isn't it amazing how one line, i.e. "He is your HALF brother" and the look Sansa gave in response just totally changes the dynamic of that storyline? We went from fairy tale ending last week with that amazing embrace to... Oh shoot, are Jon and Sansa going to pit against each other? This is me surmising, but perhaps in the end, Jon has his sights set on the iron throne and Sansa as wardeness of the north... So they won't be in conflict. Definitely super interesting! All because of Litterfinger. Take that you Littlefinger haters

I mean, maybe Sansa is staying guarded against Jon, but I'm not sure get that vibe just yet. She made him the cloak with the Stark emblem, told Brienne she trusts him...Maybe she's just using him for the wildling army, though.

Jon, though, probably doesn't care about the throne. He probably has the bigger picture of the WW threat as priority #1. He knows he needs the north to fight that battle.

I think she just wants her home back and Ramsay dead. She has no sights on the Iron throne. She wants nothing to do with KL after her experiences. No one other than her family and Tyrion have treated her well.

Agreed. I also think he knew. He had that little wry smile going on when trying to say he didn't know. He knew. He just didn't realize Sansa was gonna blow him up over it. He thought he'd still be seen as the protector.
Not what I took from it.

As I have said before, he's not omniscient and he loves Sansa. He was willing to let her kill him in that scene. Dude isn't a God who knows what everyone in Westeros is or what they're thinking. At some point he has to screw up or the character isn't believable.

You are delusional if you really think he was willing to die in that scene. Dude will say or do whatever it takes to get what he wants.

And as far as Summer's demise, I didn't like it. IMO, would have been a lot cooler to have Meera pulling the sled with Summer at her side. But, I think it was part of a bigger picture to emphasize that Bran, Meera, Summer, Sh**** Dog, Rickon, Osha, Jojen, and Hodor all headed north together and all that is left now is Bran and Meera and Rickon as a prisoner at Winterfell. So much sacrifice for Bran. Now I admit, I still don't have any theories for what role Bran plays in the final game but I think they are setting it up to be significant.

Also, lols for those that said LF would end up marrying Sansa. Here is my theory on that whole dynamic. Things are going to go badly for the Jon/Sansa/Wildling/etc coalition against the Bolton's. LF is going to ride in with the Vale's army and save the day. In the aftermath, instead of welcoming LF for helping defeat the Bolton's, she is going to inform Royce, Robert Arryn, and the other Vale lords that LF plotted this all along, killed her aunt, and set himself up as the Warden of East, and that he also plotted with the Lannisters to marry her off to Ramsay, believing this chain of events would unfold this way, and that he then planned to marry her and hold both the North and the East. She'll also tell Robert that ultimately he would have killed you too when the time was right. LF will be sentenced to death by Robert but somehow he will either be exiled or escape, only to show up towards the end of the series for some last shot at the GOT, only to die screaming this time.
I like this theory; it also goes to my theory that Sansa has grown up ALOT; and actually has become very calculating. She "accepted" LF's excuses, and let him live - only so he could help her, and she knows he will because she knows he desires her (his weakness was love back when he was a boy, so he banished it, but now it's shown up again). He won't discard her, but she will discard him.

I agree that she has grown, but she is still foolishly making decisions based on information from Littlefinger.

I think he knew he Sansa wouldn't kill him. He immediately diffused, or attempted it, by asking her if he should beg for his life.
