Pretty interesting read

Man, that is long. Dude has way too much time on his hands. Pretty sure he's wrong, too.
quote:The Boltons are not a "minor house," but we must remember that the North is a "whole other world" to the remainder of the Seven Kingdoms. No one goes up there if they can help it, and they don't pay much attention to the Northerners either.
LF would know about Roose. That he's a hard man, a womanizer, not overly happy with his feudal lord. He'd know Roose had a ba$tard marrying age. But assuming he knew the fetishes of a minor house's ba$tard is more than a bit of a stretch.

I buy this theory. It may also be why there're two more books (roughly 1800 pages) of story left despite things certainly seeming to be wrapping up in both the books and shows. A book pivot to include an Other or WW POV character should also fit with the title of the new book.

If the walkers built the wall to mark their territory, why is it guarded from the south by men?
quote:Sure he can. There will just have to be less descriptions of meals and possibly less dong
I'm worried that GRRM won't be able to finish in a satisfactory manner within 2 books when there's so much more story to tell.

quote:I like all of this.quote:Yeah I wouldn't mind seeing some sustained success for the Starks, they have had a rough go of it throughout the entire show
Here is what I think (and hope) happens in the North:
Littlefinger takes Winterfell with the army of the Vale. Roose and Fat Walda die, Ramsay is taken prisoner.
Late in the season, Sansa returns to Winterfell, hopefully with Jon and an army of wildlings.
Sansa reveals the truth that LF killed Lady Arryn, LF is executed, and the Vale rallies around Sansa as rightful Wardeness (Queen?) of the North.
Sansa lets Theon kill Ramsay, then sends an army to the Twins to wipe out Walder Frey.
Thoughts? The Starks have been **** on for 5 years, it's about time things take a turn here.

I believe 100% that Littlefinger knew exactly what he was getting Sansa into

Okay. I just watched every episode of Game of Thrones over the past 10 days. Am up to the current. Going to be hard going week to week now. Have a sense of emptiness in a way now.
quote:50 episodes over 10 days is 5 per day....thats not that extreme.quote:

Wow. I watched all of Season 1 in about 18 hours, but I can't imagine doing that every day for a week.

How did you manage to watch 50 hours of television in 10 days? Do you work?
quote:Yes, I watched 5-6 several times. 51 episodes total. Especially on the two Saturdays where I stayed up later. 1-2 a few times, 3-4 on average on some of the other regular nights.
Assuming you watched one episode one of those nights and two on another night, that leaves you having to average almost six episodes the other 8 nights.
