Eaton was a damn good wrestler with great technical skills. I always knew when he stepped into the ring that I wouldn't be disappointed in what I was about to see.

Guys like that made it easy to suspend disbelief, and made it easy to sell tickets too.

It's just amazing how many wrestlers never live long enough to pick up a Social Security check.

Cornette was always very entertaining but of course 'borrowed' a lot of his shtick from the early years of the Playboy, Gary Hart.

- Then, in February, he got a call saying there was “something off” with his blood and he eventually learned he had an inflammation of the heart.

- This led to “very scary times” in which there was a fear that if he did anything strenuous in that time he could die.

Well took the family to Raw tonight in San Antonio. Had a great time and my boys and wife loved it. (She has a thing for Randy Orton).

Some things that got my attention:
1. Randy lost a lot of weight in his chest.. my wife turned and asked me if he had cancer due to the change. (She also hated the new facial hair look).
2. Shanky and Veers could easily had gotten the Claymore.. my son was very annoyed by their lack of effort.
3. Mace vs. Mansoor was extremely dead.. I mean nobody cared for the match.
4. Hardy vs Kross match pissed off the crowd. Jeff is a former champion and deserve a better match. I hate how they turned him into a jobber. I agree w/ folks that Jeff should not have squash Kross in the first match.. but this is bad booking in all 3 matches.
5. Wife hated Nia Jax hair .. and was completely focus on the women outfit throughout all the women events. Also, Nia vs Nikki was actually really good. Like we were surprised on how well that worked. (If Nia doesn't hurt her.. that could turn into a fun rivalry.
6. Omos is awesome. Met him back stage afterwards and he was very nice to my boys. He got some great heat and I can see him turning into a legit heel character.
7. Randy and Riddle are completely over and the crowd pop for them the entire night.
8. The dark match was fun between Morrison/Miz vs New Day. Probably the most fun match of the night. .. everyone was leaving but decided to stay because it was very enjoyable storytelling. (It could have been the main event)
9. Finally, Goldberg was very over. People in the crowd randomly started yelling for him about 30 mins before the last event. The commercial break after his entrance dull the crowd.. they really need to time it better because it took the energy out of the room. Goldberg Entrance --> Great energy, commercial break (everyone gets quiet), back from commercial.. replay Goldberg music (people barely continue the chants.) .. the timing of the commercial break were bad and I blame the producers.
10. Also, no entrance should take longer then a match.

Great time and met some great superstars afterword. Corey Graves and Saxton walked past us on our way to our car. I told my son who they were and my son replied right as they past us..... "Who cares they are just announcers".. wife was embarrassed but Corey Graves laughed it off
