I liked the "stupid idiot" chant at KO but the "what?!" and most of the rest are annoying as hell.

Just saw this on CagesideSeats regarding the title match last night

  • The decision to put the title on Jinder Mahal at Backlash came two hours before showtime, per Sportskeeda. Betting odds fluctuations seem to back that up.
  • Further, WWE was ready to start a Randy Orton vs. Rusev World title program Sunday night - even asking the Bulgarian Brute to fly to Chicago.
  • There's a contingent backstage who wants Rusev to win Money in the Bank, however, and his being pulled from SmackDown last Tuesday and the title change to Mahal puts that "back in play".

Yeah....excluding KO up front was a bit weird. They must've needed 4 extra minutes in the show, which is why KO came out and did his bit.

It would've been nice to see qualifying matches to continue on with the unpredictability theme that Smackdown is currently rolling with. Rusev being nowhere near Tuesday nights right now is baffling.
