I found some of my favorite super cheesy Scifi films on Netflix Instant. If you have not seen them they are worth the time if you enjoy watching cheesy films that scream for MS3K treatment.

Starcrash- Awesome Star Wars knockoff with horrible effects and laughable lines.

Going off on a bit of a tangent here: you should check out http://www.rifftrax.com/ if you haven't already. Keeping with the SciFi theme, the commentaries for Star Wars Eps 1 & 3 are laugh til you cry funny.

Is it too much to ask for Netflix to finally get the late 70's flick "Ants" up?

I've been waiting for that B-movie greatness for years.

Is that the one with the guy from Jaws with the radio active ants that kill you of you get too many bites?

Dont breathe on the ants, or else they will know you are alive, then they attack you.

Then yes. Definitely that movie. I remember them sitting on the bed in a room breathing though rolled up pieces of paper.

I couldn't tell you much of anything that actually happened in that movie - but I distinctly remember that scene on the family room TV when I was 5 or 6 and I've wanted to re-watch it since.

Yes.

I saw MESSAGE FROM SPACE and CHUD at the movies, and it was long after I graduated from college. The Towne Plaza Theater in Alvin had $1 nights on Mondays, and my standards were in line with the price.

Watch the very end of CHUD to see John Goodman as one of the cops in the diner.

Really? Lifeforce is on Netflix? I'll be in my bunk.
