The hooker was the neighbor's wife on 'Hung'. Very hot when she's not cracked out.

Elvin from the Cosby Show posing as Donovan McNabb and now Tiger Woods.

The puking blood was a little disturbing, wish they'd gone another direction there. I thought Charlie was going to fall for the girl in the limo and disregard the original plan. Him trying to woo her as the Texan character would have been greatness.

Personally blood vomit made the episode for me.

I agree, the blood vomit made the episode for me too mostly because it was so unexpected and over the top.

I recognized her from Beakman's World. I thought the Tiger Wood's guy was from the Cosby show but I couldn't remember exactly who he was.

Loved that episode even though much of the last season I didn't care for. Watching some of the previews and hearing descriptions of upcoming episodes from the gang making the talk show circuit I've got high expectations for this season.

Dennis and Dee did love the crack!

Started off slow but came on strong at the end.

blood vomit was awesome, I also found it hilarious when dee picked up on the smell of crack. Mac also casually jabbing an insulin injection into his stomach while eating chimichangas was awesome.

Rather than the hooker becoming Frank's wife it all ended with the gang laying her dead body in the hallway with Pretty Woman playing in the background, fantastic episode.

Followed by Archer, awesome.

I watched it again this weekend and I completely forgot about Dee on the phone with the animal shelter st the beginning of the episode trying to adopt a pitbull for the bar.

Frank in the limo was also underrated. "May I offer you an egg in these troubled times?"

Ya Frank in the limo was nails.

"We can drop him off and me and you can go out to dinner!"

had its moments, but overall, "meh."

There are way worse people on the Jersey Shore than the cast of Jersey Shore.

"meh"? I laughed for 4 mins straight about the boardwalk. I guess living in suburbia you arent accustomed to the homeless and their antics.
AggieOO
How long do you want to ignore this user?
yeah, living in nyc for 5.5 years i didn't see a single homeless person.

btw - the scene under the boardwalk was one of the moments I was referring to.

Is the waitress preggos? She looked bigger and I assume that's where the storyline is going

Seems they are going off of purely shock value now and the overall writing is not what it used to be.
Hope they step up their game.

^ Agree. The writing isnt near as witty or clever as in seasons 2 and 3 when Rob, Charlie and Glenn were writing it.

They need to get back to Philly

unfortunately I agree about it seems like they are going for shock value more than actual writing.

There were still some hilarious scenes, but the "flow" is just a bit off after a small sample size of 2 eps.

I amazed no one has changed their screen name to Hoss Bonaventure yet.

Same here, especially when the homeless guys were f'ing. Holy s!

I thought it was pretty bad. I agree they just seem to be going for shock value instead of actual comedy. Dee's hair getting ripped out was just downright disgusting, not funny.

I was sure that the waitress was really going to be one of the homeless guys and Charlie was just messed up on sunscreen. I really liked his fascination with the beach and amazement with it. Remember that he had never left Philly before...

Charlie left Philly last year when they went to Atlantic City
BaylorHistory

That's right completely forgot about that. I still loved his amazement of the beach.

I am sure there will an episode where the waitress tells Charlie she is pregnant with his demon seed.

there were still parts that had the humor we all love, so you know they can still write it.

I thought it was hilarious. Yea they went for some shock value but that was part of the point. Dee and Dennis went on a trip from hell when they were the only ones who wanted to go to the Jersey shore in the first place, destroying any happy memories of the place they once loved, while everyone else had a great time.

The Castaway spoof with the rum ham cracked me up as did the beach dogs and Frank and Mac's guido party. Not the best episode, but there were several great moments.

And if you are going for a shock laugh, the under the boardwalk scene was perfect. The look on Dee and Dennis' faces were priceless.
