Whenever NBC feels like it. They are holding it to plug a hole somewhere. I'd say as soon as Outsourced gets canceled, but there are 3 sitcoms on deck that would probably get a trial slot there before P&R since it didn't perform well last year. They might open up another comedy block on a new night this year and use P&R to anchor it.
