The only role I'll defend Dennis Quaid on is his performance as Doc Holliday in Wyatt Earp. It may be argued that Kilmer's portrayal was more accurate, but Quaid's was so much better. And that's why I think he should start the reactor.

Gary Oldman is legit.

I thought Dennis Quaid was great as Jerry Lee Lewis in Great Balls of Fire. I also thought he had some terrific supporting performances in Any Given Sunday, Traffic, and The Alamo.


I thought of another great actor who has never had an Oscar Nod...Donald Sutherland.

I'll predict some up and coming future Oscar nominees....Ben Foster, Giovanni Ribisi, and Sam Rockwell.

I'm not a big Charles Bronson fan but I don't think he was ever given an Oscar nod.

I'll assume you haven't seen The Sixth Sense, 12 Monkeys, or Hart's War.

I've seen The Sixth Sense and 12 Monkeys. He's not an actor capable of portraying a wide range of emotions. He seems to be stuck with few expressions that he tends to use over and over again.

If you can't appreciate the actors on my list I'm going to guess your in between 16 and 22 years old and you think Bale's best performances are the Batman movies.

I'll agree that Bruce Willis is great in Pulp Fiction, but the actor that steals the show for that movie is Christopher Walken.
