I've seen this as a filler in the place of actual text in several different programs that I have used. Seems to all be the same. Anybody know what it is?

You may be able to translate it but it will be nothing but gibberish. The "language" is called Lorem Ipsum. It was made to fill in large spaces of text when you are trying to get the feel of how something will be formatted. It was created to mimic the same visual patterns as the typed English language.

Very useful when creating a newspaper or other heavily formatted publication.
