It's about customers that think they can be complete idiots and get what they want because the customer is always right.

What do you expect for a Company owned by Circuit City?

Also, when I worked at Enterprise, they used to buy our wrecked/damaged cars, and the cars that didnt make the cut to our own sales lot got snapped by Carmax, like ones that had a history of being wrecked, impouunded, damaged ,etc.

I dont trust anything from Carmax. 90% of the cars are former rental/lease cars.
