Those euphemisms were probably applied more frequently among the fairer sex in the 60's and earlier when times were more gentile in general, and ladies acted like ladies in the language they used and their actions. Time was when you just didn't swear around ladies, no matter whether you were 'telling the truth' or not. Standards have changed greatly over the years.

ha, my boyfriend told me this last year...very funny. Not that is matters but none of the current BQ's mind being called, BQ, or Q's. However, they do get quite offended if they are referred to as CT's.
