A two year old in 2001 also lived half their life in the 90s and half in the 2000s. Not that impressive.
Before I take into consideration your opinion on what is or isn't impressive I need to know if you believe the year 2000 began a new millennium or if it was the last year of the old millennium.

Not quite that old...
I was born closer to the end of the Great War than now.

The Romanov family was execcuted by the Bolsheviks - which became the communist party the same year. Interestingly, the revolutionary leadership elite comprised of only 1/3 of ethnic Russian. The rest were not. Something, something about knowing histiory and being doomed to repeat it.

I've lived half of my life in the 1900s and half in the 2000s. 26 years on either side.
Hey, that's how many I've lived in the 2000s also! This belongs in the amazing coincidence thread.

The Romanov family was executed by the Bolsheviks - which became the communist party the same year. Interestingly, the revolutionary leadership elite comprised of only 1/3 of ethnic Russian. The rest were not. Something, something about knowing history and being doomed to repeat it.
What argument are you even making? The Romanovs created the Russian Empire through conquest and then repeatedly trampled on their subject peoples.
