If you don't eat the skin, don't wrap it. The skin will get dry and crispy and will hold it all together better when you cut into it.

I usually like to eat the skin. Bites of potato, skin, and toppings all together.


What toppings do you like? My go to is cheddar, bacon, and ranch.
