The worst part about having a cleft palate is not being able to shoot snot rockets in the shower.

Up early and riding in style on the Vonlane to Austin. I'm hoping to get all the notation entered for my current project today so it can be published for sale by the end of the week.

Going up to the hall for office hours 9:00-11:00.

There's little point in trying to get any work done due to the Del Griffith's. Maybe shred some old documents or do something mindless.

I'm craving some pizza bagel bites. When pizza's on a bagel, you can eat pizza any time.

I also need to go to sleep.

Up late (after 8!) in west Georgia/east Alabama. People and critters fed, coffee made.
Because a good day starts with good coffee.
Make it a good one in spite of what humankind and Iranian hackers are up to. (But I would store about 50 gallons of water as backup anyway.

Day 4 of 14 wifeless. I will survive…….

• Gym done
• Plumber came and repaired the sprinkler system ready for that first day I can water in Corpus.
• Washed truck
• Quick HEBs trip
• Bug guy did his job already
• Getting a chip in the truck windshield fixed. Insurance pays for it
• Dentist at 12:30. I really don't want to eat before, even with a thorough brushing.

I'm drinking later

Under an extreme heat warning the next three days. Houston-like today, in the mid 90s for a high, and my glasses fog up when I step outside. Will get better starting Thursday.

Waiting for my 650 watt power supply to arrive. Then I can finally start using my high-end video card. Right now I can't power it. PSU is out for delivery as I write this.

Then I will have a "Pre-owned, Genuine HP 500W 90% Efficient Power" power supply to sell on ebay. I've been using the mail a lot lately, and it's slow and expensive. I mailed RAM to Delaware last week. Despite being only a few ounces, it cost $14 to send in a padded envelope. It took three days to get to Kansas City (120 miles to my west). It's like they've gone back to using horses.

A meeting at noon, and then my afternoon is clear.

Well Monday's about over.
