So yeah - I scarfed a bagel. But I put it in a zip lock bag to save for breakfast tomorrow at home.
For those who don't keep spreadsheets - I have been on a weight loss journey with ups and downs - but mostly downs. I'm 64 and in the best shape of my life. I don't want to eat too much because you can't outrun bad diet.
But the occasional doughnut didn't kill anyone - the key is moderation. And letting other teams buy them.

Lunch was a banh mi and Greek salad with chips
Ate dinner at home
WFH today but Tuesday i had basically the same breakfast. Lunch I had sliced steak on a mixed green salad.

The only reason they give us free food is to make us work harder, not have to leave the office, etc. Our location doesn't offer dinner but even if they did it's just too much time away from the family if I didn't come home. I wish I could be lazy. I can barely even TexAgs like I used to!!
